We know how important every detail is to our couples. Not only when it comes to food, but the entire guest experience. Our love for weddings goes beyond catering and it shows in every detail.
Throughout the day, our Catering Supervisor, Nelson, was there to ensure no stone was left unturned, no glass left unfilled. Aside from the magnificent menu that still has everyone talking, we had the pleasure of executing table settings, stocking the bar, setting up the stunning ceremony area, creating a pre-dinner area and serving welcome drinks as well as all courses. Our Head Chef, Michael Bakhet, created the menu and our Event Coordinator, Patricia Taupau, worked very closely with Bree to ensure the day was perfection.
The behind-the-scenes of an event like this is a fine-tuned performance in and of itself. Though, regardless of the efforts that happen in order to pull off an extraordinary wedding, we never tire of the rush, fuelled by the love of each unique couple. Every wedding holds its own magic, and we never take it for granted how blessed we are to be a part of your most important day.
